Berlin, November 16th 2002
They all came back for Run To You... and then... The Best Of Me!
Bryan jumped off the stage, climbed up half the fence and started singing right among the first row!! Everyone was hugging him... and he sang with the biggest smile ever :). He came closer and closer... and got to us too :)). We held his hand and everyone got to touch him, it was amazing! He slowly went through the whole front row for the full lenght of the song before going back on stage. This was GREAT!!!
Someone threw a rose on stage and Bryan gave it to Keith... who put it between his lips and did a little dance :)).
Bryan looked really overwhelmed by the audience's enthusiasm... he had a huge smile and couldn't even speak!
He came to the mike and told us how he's got great memories about playing Berlin... and that it's always a great place to do a gig! I surely believe that... the audience was brilliant!!!
After everyone else had left, he took his guitar back and said "This next song really explains how I feel right now..." It was The Way You Make Me Feel of course... such a beautiful version, it was touching.
What a gig... loved every minute of it!
Afterwards, we went outside and managed to greet Mickey, Gary, Keith, the Vega4 boys (!) and Bryan too... He stopped for a long while to sign stuff for everyone... and of course to practice some more Italian ;). Thank you Bryan...
He was still there signing when we left!
The day after we toured Berlin and I really loved it... such a fascinating place!! Hope to be back for more! :)
